For continuity of care please request your regular GP when making an appointment.
Our doctors will do their best to stay on time, but they may run late due to complicated cases or sick patients so we ask for your patience and understanding if they are late for your scheduled appointment. If you require a longer appointment (multiple issues or complex problem) please advise reception staff when booking.You are welcome to ring ahead to discuss if they are on time.
We will always fit in urgent cases or sick kids. Please let reception staff know it is urgent when calling to book appointment.
You can book your appointment via phone or an online booking system called Appointuit. This can be downloaded on your computer , iPad/tablet, smartphone or Android phone.
If you are a New Patient to the practice, please arrive 10minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the relevant paperwork. You may wish to download and complete this New Patient Information Form and hand it to reception on arrival or alternatively fill it out and email to the practice you are visiting.
We are open Monday – Friday 8-6pm and Saturdays 8-1pm.
Please allow at least 2 days for Pathology and Radiology results to be processed and checked by your Doctor.
It is our practice policy that all test results that are not normal are followed up with a scheduled appointment with your GP. Our staff will contact you to book the appointment depending on the urgency of the result.
REPEAT SCRIPTS AND REFERRALS
All requests for repeat scripts or ongoing referrals will require an appointment with your GP.
For continuity of care, we ask that you book an appointment with your usual GP for your Referral.
ALL THE DOCTORS BULK BILL ALL PATIENTS with a valid Medicare card.
Overseas visitors or patients who do not hold a valid Medicare Card will be charged the following:
Standard Consult: $50.00, Long Consult: $72.00, Extra Long Consult: $106.00
PRIVACY AND MEDICAL RECORDS
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is practice policy to maintain the security of all personal health information at all times, and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. The practice adheres to the National Privacy Principles.
Our practice is committed to Preventive Care and uses a Recall and Reminder system to ensure this occurs. Please ensure that your mobile number and email are always updated.
If you do not wish to be a part of this system, please let your Doctor or reception staff know.

We are registered with the Telephone Interpreter Service for patients requiring an interpreter. Please advise reception staff when you book your appointment that an interpreter is required.
