Dr. Nicola Turner is originally from West Wales with family ties to Liverpool, she completed her medical training at Leicester Medical School and postgraduate training in Nottingham. A qualified Pharmacist and experienced GP, Dr Turner served as a Senior Partner and worked in Out of Hours care in the UK before making the move to Australia.
Dr Turner is dedicated to providing comprehensive care in all aspects of General Practice including Child Health, with particular expertise in Women’s Health, Obesity, Respiratory & Cardiovascular Medicine, Diabetes, Acute Medicine, and Palliative Care. She is particularly passionate about Preventative Health to improve the long term health of her patients. She is also highly skilled in Teleconsultations having done this for many years in the UK, offering accessible and convenient care for her patients.
Outside of work, Dr Turner is an adventure enthusiast, enjoying fitness, scuba diving, skiing, and travel. She also loves watching rugby, fine dining, and savouring a well-made French martini. Her interests extend to reading, theatre, and spending time with her two Siamese cats, Mia and Zeus.
