Hailing from Cornwall from the southwest of England and attending the University of Birmingham Karm always had his sights on working in Australia. As the founder of FMP group he is very proud of the team he has assembled.

Karm firmly believes in taking a holistic approach and enjoys problem solving.

In his spare time Karm enjoys all sports especially rugby and football and will never miss a match involving his beloved England.
